As a consequence of the VicHealth-funded Youth Economic Participation and Mental Health Cluster Evaluation, the YRC continued to track developments in four of the project areas to determine post-funding program changes and impact. In 2003-4, the YRC interviewed program workers and participants and State and Regional Department officials to report on ways in which project directions were sustained. A report to VicHealth in 2004 identified ways in which funded initiatives could move beyond a 'pilot' stage to on-going sustainability.
