Student Life

The University of Melbourne provides a variety of services, clubs and associations to enrich higher degree research students' campus experience. In addition, there exists a number of clubs catering to the needs of research students in the Graduate School of Education.

University Clubs, Student Associations and Societies

The MU Student Union is a diverse and exciting place supporting all students from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. It does this through cultural events, activism and direct support through services.

UMPA is the postgraduate student union of the University of Melbourne. They provide independent support, representation and advice for postgraduates, by postgraduates.

Graduate School based Associations

The Education Postgraduate Collective is an association open to all research and coursework postgraduate students in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne. The Collective (EPC) was initiated as a way of creating social and academic opportunities for all education postgraduate students.
