Melbourne Graduate School of Education Equipment Grants

 

Each year, staff members of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education are encouraged to submit requests to access funding for equipment to enhance the research and research training capacity of the graduate school.  Funding is been allocated to faculties for the purchase of research equipment or joint bidding or leveraging for external equipment funding to enhance infrastructure for research and research training.  The total sum available last year was $100,000.

Funding for 2008 equipment grants is yet to be confirmed. Details of the application process will be added to this page and circulated to staff when available. Applications usually take place in August. The application form covers the following areas:

  • The Research and Research Training related equipment requested or Research and Research Training related facility to be upgraded.  Applicants must consult the IT Operations Manager Darren Robertson , in ed-IT, regarding costings for equipment and arrange for his sign off on the application form;
  • The Research and Research Training benefits in obtaining the equipment
  • The benefits of obtaining the equipment for Research and Research Training in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education
