Education, Equity and Social Identities
Members of EESI share an interest in education, identity, citizenship and the changing social world, and in questions about the relationship between equity, identities and educational knowledge.
Artistic and Creative Education
The Artistic and Creative Education program is a new, unique and forward- looking initiative of the Graduate School of Education, based on seven philosophical principles of teaching and learning that will be essential and increasingly important in creating educational change appropriate for the 21st century.
The Australian Youth Research Centre is located in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at The University Of Melbourne. It was established in 1988 in response to a recognised need by the youth affairs sector for relevant and up to date research on the issues facing young people today.
Centre for Equity and Innovation in Early Childhood
The Centre for Equity and Innovation in Early Childhood (CEIEC) was established in November 2001 at the University of Melbourne. Since it began, the Centre has developed a strong research culture and international reputation for its work in equity and change research, professional development and teaching.
The Centre for Program Evaluation (CPE) is an evaluation and research centre located within the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at The University of Melbourne, Australia.
Staff associated with the Centre have wide and complementary interests in the practice and study of evaluation in areas such as education, health, welfare and training.
The Centre for Health and Society (CHS) is located in the School of Population Health at the University of Melbourne. The key focus of the Centre for Health and Society (CHS) is the inter-disciplinary study of health, illness and health care in local, national and international settings, which brings perspectives from the humanities and social sciences to the study of medical science, clinical and public health practice and health policy.
