Project Title: P-10 Developmental Numeracy Continuum of growth points for the five dimensions of the Mathematics Domain of the Victorian Essential Learning Standards, with correlating explicit developmental learning and teaching strategies

Project Summary: The project team developed an evidence-based P-10 Developmental Numeracy Continuum of growth points aligned to the progression points for the five dimensions of the Mathematics Domain of the Victorian Essential Learning Standards. Also required were explicit developmental learning and teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of all students, particularly those students with higher needs, giving proportional weight to the areas of Mathematics that are common misunderstandings.
