Room Layouts

A variety of room layouts are available for your booking, making the KLDC ideal for a variety of conference types.

LAYOUT A -

Layout A – Best for a small conference or interview panel.(4 to 6 people)
6 desks in use, one microphone per desk.
Back drops are used behind the table to reduce the depth of the room

This layout can be reduced to one desk (1 to 2 people) or two desks(3 to 4 people).

LAYOUT B -

Layout B – : Large conference with one or two main speakers.(24 to 26 people)
13 desks in use, one microphone per desk.

NOTE: Two tables (4 people) may have difficulty viewing the screen

This is a sub-optimal configuration; use layout B1 if possible.

LAYOUT B1-

Layout B1 – : Large conference with two to four main speakers.(20 to 24 people)
12 desks in use, one microphone per desk.

LAYOUT B2-

Layout B2 – : Large conference with with two to four main speakers.(20 people)
10 desks in use, one microphone per desk.

** Optional lectern with two microphones, center front.

LAYOUT C -

Layout C – : Large conference (24 to 26 people)
13 desks in use, one microphone per desk.

NOTE: Three tables (6 people) may have difficulty viewing the screen

This is a sub-optimal configuration; use layout B1 if possible.

LAYOUT D -

Layout D – : Single person presenting to camera.

Lectern with two microphones, 1 desk with document camera.

This layout is ideal for conference presentation or PhD defense.
