How to Book the KLDC
Whilst a minimum of one week's lead time is required for all bookings so that a test may be scheduled by technical staff, it is sometimes possible to negotiate a shorter lead time, particularly for repeat bookings. Please note that the test must meet a satisfactory standard and be conducted sufficiently far in advance for any problems to be addressed or the conference will need to be postponed.

Once you have made a provisional booking and recieved a booking number, you need to complete our booking form.
