To serve this rapidly expanding market, the Training Services and Development Unit, the University of Melbourne RTO, offers various nationally recognised programs that will assist you to build on your expertise, apply new knowledge to your current position or enable you to achieve a change in career direction.
The TAA04 Training and Assessment package, both the Certificate IV and Diploma, specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts.
