12:00noon - 5:00pm Saturday
NB: These hours may be reduced during non-teaching times.
Please note: It is not the responsibility of the Help Desk to
provide training in using applications. ITS run short courses
on most common applications (some for free) and most programs
now have built in tutorials and extensive help files.
It is in you own interests to ensure you are able to use basic
applications and The University has the expectation that students
have this knowledge.
ReTS :: On-Line Request Tracking System
The Request Tracking System is designed to make it easier for staff to report problems with hardware, software, email or the like to the ed-IT Help Desk. You can register problems directly with the 'Log a New Request' page and follow their progress with the 'View Request Status' page.
This is the preferred method for staff to report problems.
