2006-2008: Consultancy for Mt Scopus: Professional development work with teachers across the three primary campuses to support curriculum development.
2006:‘Becoming a Teacher; Pedagogy and partnerships in a School-Based Program’: non funded project to evaluate the cohort model being explored by the DipEd/BTeach courses.
Critical friend and consultant to Doncaster Secondary School on boys’ education (hourly rate payable to CPE).
2004-2005: Boys’ Education Lighthouse Schools Project ($7 million). Node Manager for Victoria of the Commonwealth Government funded project to improve the learning outcomes for boys. Cluster Consultant for Sydnenham/Hillside for Boys’ Education Lighthouse Schools project, ‘Literacy Circles’.
2004 - Ithaka Project review committee member.
2003-2004: Curriculum Corporation, named team member for tender submission for the Australia-Japan Foundation tender for the production of Discovering Australia Series: Japanese Language Educational Materials for Junior High Schools. Development of a CD-ROM integrated curriculum teaching resource.

2001 – 2003: Quality Teacher Project, University coordinator role for the project developing a ‘thinking curriculum’ across Years Prep – 12 at Firbank Girls’ Grammar School.
2001 - 2002: Unfunded research project undertaken by CTAL members (Jeni Wilson, Lyn Longaretti, Graham Parr and Sally Godinho) to investigate the process of the peer teaching component for the subject Curriculum and Assessment in the DipEd and BTeach, courses.
