Role
Roger Holdsworth is a Senior Research Associate at the Australian Youth Research Centre. He was a secondary teacher for many years, has extensive experience in the community youth affairs sector, and is particularly interested in the development of programs to support active youth and student participation, particularly in schools.
Roger is also editor and publisher of Connect (the newsletter of youth participation in education - since late 1979) as well as the author of several Centre reports and papers. (See Connect information at: www.geocities.com/rogermh)
Roger is also the presenter of the Global Village, a worldwide/folk/acoustic music program on Melbourne community radio station PBS-FM between 8-10 pm Sunday evenings.
