The RESPECT Project : Aims

RESPECT was created to meet three broad aims:

• To identify and document innovative ways to create more equitable and inclusive relationships between early childhood staff and parents/carers in targeted early childhood services in the City of Melbourne.
• To identify and document the skills and knowledge that early childhood staff need in order to develop equitable and inclusive relationships with parents/carers in services that a) meet the diverse needs of families in the City of Melbourne and b) strengthen links between children’s services and their local communities.
