Melbourne Graduate School of Education – 2008 Awards Evening

The Melbourne Graduate School of Education’s Awards Evening is an annual event and a highlight of the School’s calendar. The Awards Evening is a major public event which celebrates the achievements of the School’s most meritorious students, graduates and staff.

This year’s ceremony was held on Tuesday 10 June in the Sidney Myer Asia Centre at the University of Melbourne, with the theme "A New Era in Global Education”.

The keynote address was delivered by Professor Joseph Lo Bianco, Associate Dean (International) and Chair of Language and Literacy Education, Melbourne Graduate School of Education.

Refreshments: in the Yasuko Hiraoka Myer Room (the upstairs foyer) from 6pm.
Official presentation: in the Carrillo Gantner Theatre at 7pm.
